VISION
To enhance employee unity while promoting a Christian environment based on Deaconess values in an atmosphere of celebration, recognition and excellence.
MISSION
Above all else we will promote the Christian culture of Deaconess through continuous recognition and celebration of employee excellence.
Membership:
The C.A.R.R.E. Team consists of 12-20 members. Representation from a variety of departments within the organization. We meet monthly and on an as needed basis.
Things we do:
C.A.R.R.E. Cash -
C.A.R.R.E. cash is given to employees by employees as a way of recognizing outstanding customer service, going beyond the call of duty, or a way to simply say thank you. The C.A.R.R.E. cash can be spent in the gift ship, for discounted movie tickets, or in the cafeteria.
Servant Leader Award -
This award is special recognition to an employee who exhibits servant leadership through their day to day activities with patients and fellow workers. This is to honor those with the finest in attitudes and Deaconess values. The Servant Leader is awarded once a year, at our Christmas Breakfast. Any employee may nominate. Nominations are accepted year round and should be turned in to the Human Resources Department.
