Deaconess Hospital is different from other health care providers. It’s hard to explain, but let me give you some examples:
--The couple selected Deaconess Birth Center for the delivery of their third child after positive experiences with their other two children’s deliveries. The mother, a dentist, felt that that having a neonatal intensive care unit within the Birth Center was an added benefit if it was needed.
