Volunteer Auxiliary

More than 200 individuals volunteer their time to serve patients, families and hospital staff. Many of the services we offer would be impossible without the contribution of this hardworking group. Their services include:

• Staffing the Information Desk
• Daily refreshments in waiting areas
• A daily mini-shopper on each floor
• Assistance with errands
• Baby photos and baby caps for newborns
• Puppets for small children
• Telephone contact to patients 65 years or older after release from the hospital
• Parking lot shuttle service
