Rehabilitation Services
Rehabilitation services at Deaconess Hospital cover both inpatient and outpatient programs featuring coordinated care for individuals with orthopedic injury or neurologic medical conditions; onset or regression of disease; and those who have experienced a loss of function in activities of daily living, mobility, cognition or communication. Programs take place for patients being cared for throughout the hospital, in the Rehabilitation Center and the Progressive Care Unit or on an outpatient basis through the Outpatient Rehabilitation services and through the continuum of care offered by Deaconess Home Care.
Deaconess rehabilitation programs are licensed by the State of Oklahoma and Medicare certified and are covered by insurance plans that contract with Deaconess Hospital.
These programs are not designed to treat chemical or alcohol addictions and dependencies.
