Barely Pregnant Class gets you off to the right start with important information about those critical early weeks and months of pregnancy. This class will offer vital information on your babys development and prenatal care.

Prepared Childbirth Classes The first three weeks of this six-week course offer information about a variety of choices available to parents for a satisfying, healthy outcome of pregnancy. It covers the stages of pregnancy, labor and delivery and includes pain management techniques. The final three weeks are designed to help prepare you for early parenting and give you practical strategies in care of your newborn and yourself.

Childbirth Refresher Parents who have attended classes before and will be experiencing the joy of birth again are encouraged to take this first three-week series as a refresher course.

Childbirth Preparation in One Day The childbirth preparation series is also offered as a one-day class on Saturday, providing a convenient alternative for couples who work evenings or travel.

Childbirth Preparation for Single Mothers A special childbirth series is offered for young single mothers and their coaches.

Siblings Class Suited for children ages three to eight, this class prepares future brothers and sisters for the exciting yet uncertain time when their new baby arrives.

Best Start Breast-feeding Class Expectant couples are offered practical tools and techniques to help make breast-feeding a positive, successful experience for mother and child in this one-evening course taught by a certified lactation consultant.

Babys First Year This parenting class will tell you what to expect and how to prepare for the major developments of your babys first year

Every Second Counts (Infant and Child CPR) This cardiopulmonary resuscitation course will teach you lifesaving techniques recommended for use on infants and children up to age nine.
